We want you to love your lighting. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all items.
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging with all accessories included.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@freedomlamps.com with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — you do not need to return the damaged item unless we request it.
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your card statement within 5-10 business days after we process it.
