Freedom Lamps offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. We want your lighting to arrive safely and on time.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping is free on all orders, regardless of order size or product weight. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@freedomlamps.com.
Lighting products are fragile and require careful packaging. Floor lamps ship in reinforced tubes or boxes. Pendant lights and chandeliers are packed with foam inserts and protective wrapping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@freedomlamps.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately.
